Malin Wagnon performs as a solo artist and as a member of Sideshow Americans. He lives near Charleston, South Carolina with his wife, two kids, and an alarming number of animals. He frequently collaborates with members of Sexbruise?, Josh Roberts & the Hinges, Robotrio, Little Bird, El Quattro, Gaslight Street, New Ghost Town, Guilt Ridden Troubadour, & Runaway Gin, to name a few (okay, maybe a few more than a few.) His long-overdue debut album is set for a late 2022 release, and no one is more surprised than him. He numbers Gene Kelly, John Hurt, Bob Ross, Bunny Wailer, Willie the Shake, Miles Davis, Sylvia Plath, the KJV and Johnny Fuckin Marr amongst his many influences. Most of his songs are about sex and/or death, but in a (somewhat) funny way (sometimes). He recently shaved his head, and feels good about the decision. He enjoys trees, clean water, electric guitars, small amplifiers, Kev’s chili verde and pecan pie, and the third person singular. He is definitely not writing all this himself.
