The Lowlife Bar will host the Toby Spooktacular After Party and Costume Contest. The after party starts at 3 p.m. and goes until 7 p.m. The costume contest will start at 4 p.m., and we will award 1, 2, and 3 place prizes for the best costume. Winners will receive Toby plaques, South Carolina Aquarium swag, and Bounty Bar swag.
